If there is option for negative review I will give it. I had sent my phone for warranty repair and after a month it's in quality check after 2 months it's still in quality check. The response is their Huawei technician is on leave so they don't have anyone else. I have to wait how ever long their technician takes and I cannot recall my own phone I paid my money for to refuse service and go some where else. I'm surprised how big brands choose this service provider when they work on 1 man crew.

I've sent my phone in for repair. After two weeks it still lay on the technician's desk for assessment, not to mention repair. I was told to call back in another week to see if by then my phone was lucky enough to get assessed. I finally asked for a return without repair and it shipped back very quickly this time. Shipment: 5 star Communication: 4 star Actual work: 1 star

Forced to use Roadhound as they are the only Samsung Service centre in my area. Took my phone to be fixed under warranty as the hinge on my Z4 had stopped working. Two days later I called to get an update that it was not covered under warranty as damage was due to impact. Absolutely untrue and phone has no signs of being dropped. Raised a case with Samsung, had to go through a week of daily calls before Samsung called me back to say even though their assessment hadn't changed as a gesture of good-will they would repair the phone under warranty (naturally nobody like to say we were wrong). Days later still waiting for my phone and they aren't even picking up the phone, so no way to even check on the progress. Now been without a mobile phone for over two weeks, when it should just take a couple of days.
