So happy with the service. Our little family business email was recently hacked, and we lost a lot of money. I rang Smikteck looking for someone to help us secure our computer and email account. They were honestly so amazing. I spoke to Steven who made me feel like everyone in the whole company dropped everything in that moment for us. I had immediate assistance and he got our situation under control. He found what the hacker had done to our email and resolved it for us. I cannot thank them enough.

Excellent knowledge of medical software and quick fixers! I have great confidence in Smikteck coming to the rescue when our software goes on strike. I can feel relaxed that our backups and updates are all taken care off. Have been using Smikteck for many years and they are excellent at their speciality.

We've been using these guys for years now, what a bunch of legends (personally AND professionally). They know their stuff, they preemptively monitor our systems to help mitigate disasters and we never need to chase them to fix anything or even make a second phone call they're very responsive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who understands the importance of a good IT company!
