Quick service although I was a bit disappointed with the results of my basic wash service. Car came back with dirt makes on the interior scuff panels and bugs on the front bumper. I noted the bugs on the front bumper and were told they were impossible to remove and stuck on Imbedded in the paint. I was able to wipe them off with my finger. Service: Auto detailing

A very disappointing / unsettling experience. My mother dropped her 2021 Mercedes SUV off for a detail and I thought I would be remiss not to mention two items - especially as one is a safety item. Item one: This is a real concern - mere weeks after having the car detailed she was having a child seat fitted and the seat-belt literally "disconnected from its fitting (not just the clasp)" in the guys hand. On taking it to Mercedes, they said that it had been undone and simply was not done up again properly, most likely during cleaning or similar. Crazy! Lucky this was discovered before an accident. Item two: On picking up her car she noticed that there was a piece of plastic trim on the back seat floor well. On asking where it came from, she was told that they were unsure where they removed it, and proceeded to search for where it may belong. After paying and going to leave with the car, she noticed the plastic trim was sitting in the pouch behind front seats.... Mercedes has since refitted the trim piece. Clear that the owners of this business need to review procedures and monitor quality for a while, the workers seem not to be taking care.
