        Poor communication from both their office and site supervisor. Some trades left damage after completing their jobs which further delayed the repairs to our home. KBA Group decided not to complete the job and provided no reason or any communication. We found this out via our insurance company. I would not recommend KBA Group for any building works!!

        Had wondered why our house has such poor heating and cooling now its apparent. Kingston have zero quality control and our roof is missing easily 30% of its insulation. Half was never put in, the other half was their aircon guys throwing it to the side, oh and leaving the bits of ceiling in the roof space.
