Cardiff Auto Wreckers & Parts Supplier

Purchased a 2nd hand head for a bt50 paid upfront without any problems but after head arrived packaged quite poorly ill add on a small wooden palet held by 2 zip ties and the sealing surface of the head facing up just covered by black plastic no other protection. Head arrived with broken zip ties and the sealing surface damaged. Was told to send bank details for refund and its been over a week and 4 calls alone today and still getting no where I'm tak8ng it further.

Everytime I go there or ring, Diane is so hostile & makes me feel like I'm a bother! Never seems happy to deal with customers & I'm sick of it. Still waiting on parts she "ordered" for me...

I definitely won't be coming back after the language and foul inappropriate talk a young Staff member was displaying, I believe the staff members name is Bianca I found her very rude and unprofessional ,I had my 2 young children with me and here's this woman talking the most filthiest dirtiest talk I've ever heard a woman talk ,,my question is why does management allow this disgusting behaviour especially in front of customers people like her should not be working with people
