Dr Irene Rosul is a wonderful doctor with a warm and caring manner - I followed her from her previous practice and the fact that this practice is very far away from where I live speaks volumes as to how much I trust her with my care. Highly recommend.

*Does not accept insurance despite their website showing they accept private insurance and the insurance company stating they should.... Apparently their website hasn't been 'updated'.

Dr rosul did NOT give my 60yo mother the proper care she needed during her last gp visit. After being in her room for a total of 5 minutes discussing my mothers main health concerns, she questioned abruptly why we have not seen our usual gp (my mother preferred to see a female dr for this matter). She mentioned she has 2 people waiting in waiting room (even though we had booked this visit prior and had only been there for 5 minutes). She did not bother to investigate my mothers health concern,do any tests, or give any referrals for scans or specialists, she simply said she does not know. We felt brushed aside due to the fact she wasnt our usual gp and other patients take priority. We left with no answers, no solutions, no care and ended up in the emergency room. Had we had known this would be her approach for a woman seeking a female gp, we would not have gone to see her. Sadly this was not my mums first visit with this dr. 7 of my family members wont be going back. As a dr, she has a duty of care to anyone who comes to see her, whether they are regulars or not. And had we had known she offers 5 minute consultations before she stands and ushers patients out the door, we would have booked back to back appointments at least due to the severity of my mums health concerns.
