I had a facial bone surgery with Dr Ngo and was very impressed by the his professionalism and carefulness. My asymmetrical facial problems have troubled me for a long time and affect my work in marketing and media. Before I met with Dr Ngo, I tried thread lifting, ultherage, Botox and so on, but none of these things actually solved the problem. On my second visit with Dr Ngo, I was surprised to find out that he made a real 3D model of my facial bone, and explained to me his methods to solve the problems, which gave me more confidence with the following surgery and potential results. As expected, the surgery was very smooth and the staff in the hospital are all very passionate and careful. I didn't feel any pain during the recovery , just swelling. After two weeks recovery, I can see the approximate results. By the way, the team are all very helpful and patient with questions about health fund and surgery.

Hi, my name is Joy and I was a patient of Dr Quan NGO last year and I only have the highest praise for this man . I was sent to him by my skin specialist after having three seperate procedures to remove a cancer from my left ear . Firstly on the earlobe & then behind the ear , resulting in part of the ear being removed . After the third operation and it returning three weeks later , I was then sent to see Dr NGO . From the first visit where I was told that this was an aggressive cancer and had to be removed urgently and would involve removing a considerable amount from my face and neck , I had complete faith in Dr NGO . He explained exactly what he would have to do and though being afraid of what was to come , I had complete faith in him . I was in hospital for eight days and Dr NGO visited almost every day , even coming to see me between operations , He kept me informed on every stage and he is so caring and thoughtful , He is without a doubt , the most caring Doctor I have ever had , and at almost 80 years old , there have been a lot ! The follow up visits are equally as caring and I still have ongoing treatment with him . His office staff are wonderful also , returning calls and following up enquiries for me . They are helpful , polite and caring . So if you have any fears about upcoming surgery or enquiries , Dont hesitate to see Dr Quan NGO He is definitely my Hero , Rega , Joy Moore
