I found the ArkExpress through Google and their raving reviews to design a two lot narrow houses development - a special, personal project which meant a lot for my family. What stood out the most was Hy's super prompt responses whenever I had questions or concerns about the design! Hy advised on creative solutions to maximise the interior space on our very small plot of land despite the strict CDC rules. Also, special shoutout to Shay who has carried the design through to the end and obtained CDC approval for us! Communication was top notch with them both on this project and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

I have no hesitation in recommending ArkExpress Design, you will be in very good hands. We engaged Hy and the ArkExpress team to conceptualise, design and coordinate a 12 room new age boarding house development, these are very complex developments. From the very first meeting right up to the council planning panel meeting ArkExpress was there with us all the way! ArkExpress is professional, very well experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, hard-working and dynamic. They always found great solutions to ensure the original design charter was adhered to while satisfying all other stakeholder requirements. Hy is always available and approachable. He is quick to sort out any matter that comes to hand. I'm a licenced builder with more than 30 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial and specialist construction and have come across a lot of designers. I rate ArkExpress right up there with the best of them.

I cannot thank Hy and his staff at ArkExpress enough for their prompt and polite professional service. When I first approached Hy about my intention to redesign my house, he took my thoughts and turned them into reality. Hy looked after the design and the required approvals, from Council, Sydney Water, Structural Engineering, BACIS approval etc. etc. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I changed my mind and ideas. A proper one stop shop.

The thing that stand out for me with Hy is that he is very responsive. If there is anything I need that can be answered straightaway, I would get a response soon after or overnight. My project has been going on for over a year and I am still getting the same attention which I think should be commended. You can get an honest opinion from Hy and he is willing to help. He cares about his clients. His experience comes through especially if there's a odd space you need to tackle in the home layout. Building renovation projects is a long process hence it's important to find someone you can work with and trust. So it's a Yes for me. Thank you for all your help Hy, I really appreciate it. :)
