AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Horrible experience. Submitted my late grandfathers watch to be repaired. Watch face needed replacing and stressed that they keep ALL parts because of its sentimental value. Upon pickup, staff member said he had thrown it away because it was rubbish. When justifying to him that it was a family heirloom he said the watch isnt even expensive or worth anything anyways. Upon asking for my money back, both himself and female staff member began raising their voices at both myself and my family member. They began to speak in their native language so we did not understand them. They had offered to give me $30 off my next repair to make up for both discrediting my late grandfathers watch as not worth anything anyways and throwing the original watch face in the rubbish.
