    If there is less than one star I will put it. I had to drive 600km to bring my car for service. Called to book it more than 4 weeks ago. Then they told me that this expensive service required and its ok to me, also last service they told me that an SRS airbag cable need to be replaced as the air bag warning light turn on sometimes and I paid deposit for this. They told me that the car need 2 days and I asked them if it gonna be ready next day 3 pm and tgey said it should be. Today at 12 they called me sorry the tech ordered wrong part !!!!????? Can you leave the car for the whole weekend to be done maybe Monday!!!! Is this kind of a joke here Every day spend out of work for me I loose about 2000$ Already 2 days gone with hotel and now they wanted me to wait another 3 days more. I said no please leave it for later I came at 3 pm and they said oh it will not be ready till 4pm as the tech left everything This is the last time in this place and maybe even last time with Landrover You pay thousands thinking that you will get the best service

    I purchased a car from this dealership which is interstate from me. So I spoke to the salesperson and asked him standard questions but most importantly was there any damage or scratches. I explained to him that Im picky and dont want any scratches, he sent me some photos via text message of the front bumper and one wheel where there was some damage and offered fifteen hundred dollar discount for this damage (which will cost more than that to repair properly). He then proceeded to assure me that this was the only damage to the vehicle and that because I wanted to pickup on a Saturday I would have to bring a bank cheque with me as no one would be in the office to confirm a payment (which obviously means cant negotiate on price once arriving as the bank cheque had to be done on Friday due to bank opening hours). I flew up on the Saturday, the car was unwashed and dirty, I took it for a test drive, no problems with how it drove, but due to how dirty it was, it was hard to see any chips/scratches. I drove back to Vic and when I washed it the next day was incredibly disappointed to count in excess of fifty scratches. In addition to this, there are some areas where someone (assuming them as Im told it was a single owner vehicle) has tried to cut back some scratches but have made a mess of the paintwork and taken too much clear coat off and covered in swirl marks (which they also deny seeing). I had the car assessed by some detailers and repairers who all said that due to every panel having damage and most of the scratches were through the paint, the vehicle is in need of a full body respray and cant be repaired. As a lot of panel beaters/detailers etc were closed over the Christmas/new years break, I approached the dealer approx thirty days later after trying to have it fixed myself and they dragged it out for a few more months and then offered to buy the car back for eighteen thousand less than I bought it for or contribute fifteen hundred towards a twenty thousand respray. So basically after being very dishonest about the condition, covering up the condition by having it unwashed, they then proceed to try and rip me off even more. You dont expect to pay a hundred and forty thousand for a car with thirty thousand kilometres on it (especially when the price was slightly above other interstate dealers and private sellers) that needs a twenty grand respray! Theyre obviously more interested in a sale then their integrity having the ability to blatantly lie and think theyve done nothing wrong. Now I have to waste my time engaging a solicitor.
