Dr Prem Rathore

While Dr Rathore seemed to be a nice person, am not quite sure about his diagnosis. In my case, I had to get a second opinion after undergoing an unnecessary process involving a temporary stent which then had to be removed by the other Dr to whom I sought second opinion . The stent gave me unnecessary discomfort for 3 weeks. I also did not get the benefit of an explanation before hand why the insert was required. Later , the necessity of the stent proved to be unnecessary before a TURP got done. The whole process costed me several hundreds out of pocket apart from costing the Medicare as well.

Dr Prem Rathore is an incredible surgeon who goes above and beyond in patient care. Dr Rathore truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr Rathore.

Thank you to the lovely receptionist Ashley who went above and beyond customer service to assist me when I was in so much pain. We need more people like you. Also to Dr Prem for calling me to see if I was ok. This is how professionals in this industry should act. I would highly recommend everyone to contact this wonderful Team
