I've bought just about every trailer I've owned from Austrailers, I've been happy every time with my custom and standard trailers. I ordered last night, they had one in stock and I picked up today. A little bit of paper work and I was out the door and heading home. Good work

Tanya and her team at Austrailers were an absolute delight to deal with and made our choice very easy. The 'Dolly' is beautifully made and solid. Thank you to Tanya's Dad who made our trailer for us. Wonderful family operated business.

The customer service from this business is non-existent. The trailer was ordered with a deposit paid and was told it would be ready in two weeks. It took six weeks and they did not register the trailer before it was picked up from them. Three weeks later after multiple phone calls and messages being left that were not returned, visiting the business and being told it was all sorted and it was registered we were wrong, then calling the business again only to be yelled at by an extremely rude man that we were wrong it was registered. Finally the police pulled us over and was going to fine us for towing a trailer that was unregistered, we were fortunate to have all the receipts to show that we had acted in good faith, the police advised to report this business to Department of fair trading and the RMS as they were breaching their dealers license. Then we visit the business again and here is the paperwork sitting in a folder and of course the trailer was unregistered. I would never recommend nor encourage anybody to deal with this business as you will only receive unprofessional service and abuse. There are many other trailer places out there and I would strongly advise going to one of them. In addition to the trailer being unregistered the spare tyre that was to be included had been left off and we had to arrange for someone to pick that up for us and the bolt that was supplied for the spare tyre anchor point was not long enough so we had to source another one.
