        So grateful for the team at Bob Jane Campbelltown. After paying for balances and alignments at 3 other stores to no avail, the team at Campbelltown were able to identify the problem and solve it!

        I booked my car for wheel alignment for 8am a week in advance to be the first one in the morning and be at work at 9am. Arrived at 8am today and waited in the waiting room until another customer arrived at 8.30am for their 8.30am wheel alignment and the Bob Jane guys took their car to the hoist and started doing wheel alignment immediately. My car hasn't even been moved. When I went to ask why, the guy at the counter said "I can give you the key back. It's all I can do". Obviously, apologising for their mistake and wasting my morning is not in their customer service culture. Now I have to book someone else and wait for another week and drive my car that is chewing new tyres without the wheel alignment done for another week.
