Rude service when enquiring about a serious matter over the phone, would not give the supervisors name. All I could hear in the background was laughing. Only their to "serve and protect" the head honchos! What an utter disgrace.

Sarge is firm and strict, yet spent the time to follow up my concerns regarding speeding cars, on freeway with young child involved. Misunderstanding, however after I left he obviously followed it up. No child should be subjected to dangerous and reckless driving at speeds of over 160kmh.

These guys do a great job. They found my fathers stolen car quickly. Thank you for your quick response.

They used capsicum spray on my 3 year old son, said it was justified (no apology), then conveniently DELETED the footage when asked HOW THAT IS JUSTIFIED!! (Or so they said). Couldn't even keep the same story as the fact sheet THEY WROTE. Pfft. I would never rely on them for enforcing safety, they are the reason my son needed an ambulance and they couldn't even have the decency to apologise for it. This is Assault if done by anyone else not in a uniform, and on a child! Absolutely no remorse came from any of them.
