Embers Charcoal Kitchen

I made a reservation for a party of 13 at Embers for Mother's Day, and even took the initiative to call and confirm the booking. As I had another booking with a different company, I wanted to ensure that Embers could definitely accommodate us before canceling the other booking. Embers confirmed that everything was fine, so I went ahead and canceled the other booking. However, to my dismay, I received a call from the restaurant informing me that there was a mistake and they would not be able to accommodate us after all. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only did Embers fail to keep their word, but their mistake has left me with no booking and 13 people to entertain. As a customer who made a considerable effort to arrange this gathering, I am extremely disappointed in the way Embers handled this situation. Their lack of communication and professionalism has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I will not be returning to Embers, and I will be advising my friends and family to avoid this establishment as well. It is disheartening to have experienced such poor customer service,

Very tasty American bbq, Burnt ends a must and the blue cheese sauce with the chicken is amazing!! Well done to the team!

One of the best cheese pizza we ever had. Dough was cooked perfectly, crispy but still fluffy. Tried the corn ribs too which was sweet and buttery... Delicious! Service was friendly and helpful at the bar. Thank you!
