Friend referred by a GP, left message after message and no reply. Finally made a telephone appointment and Keira never called, absolutely useless service if you cant even get back to people. 0/10

Absolutely amazing, keira is very professional, kind, caring. She gives great advice and techniques which actually work. These negative reviews are totally opposite to who she really is!! Book today! Definitely recommend.

Unprofessional young inexperienced psychologist who will make you feel more anxious if you have anxiety. Cancelled a Saturday appointment just the night before and changed appointment time multiple times before I got to see her. At the first appointment she was 15 mins late. Booked a 50min section but I only got 30mins out of her and then she wrapped me up very quickly and got me to pay, she just wanted to catch up on her schedule as she was running behind with the patient before me. People like her shouldnt be a psychologist, she makes patients feel more helpless and hopeless. A big let down n waste of time! Definitely wont go back to see her again!
