BCD - Better Care Delivered

I helped my father move to this provider after receiving extremely dissatisfactory care from the last. I'm so happy I did, he receives the care that he desperately needs, the carers have become like family and he is generally so much happier than he has been in a really long time. They've helped me understand so much about support during a really hard time. Just couldn't ask for more .

Took 2.5mths to reply to my initial enquiry, then after wasting 1.5hrs on the phone, only to tell me 3 days later (upon multiple followups) from Rebecca that they can't provide simple sevices. Should be called NO CARE DELIVERED. Should be ashamed to be operating in this sector treating people with disabilities as 2nd class citizens that a) don't deserve a response for 2.5 mths & b) can't even deliver service's that they are actually meant to. Complaint being lodged now directly to commission for this treatment. Dont bother your time with these guys (then again they won't reply any way) there are plenty of better organisations out there who lucky I had engaged anyway when I saw their lack of service. Only positive thing was Anna - was polite & friendly on the phone.

I am so proud to say that I work for BCD. Their values aswell as the care they provide are second to none. They are 100% focused on person centred care and deliver care and support specific to each and every customer as an individual, with specific needs. Not only do they support their customers 100%, but also their staff. BCD go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and healthy and have everything they need to live a meaningful/ quality of life.

My parents met with Ester from your office yesterday in relation to My Aged Care services and were so happy with her and how helpful and patient she was with them. They received a call 20 minutes after she left advising that they were approved. Thank you so much for providing a service that they could understand and are looking forward to receiving.
