Dr Griffith is a great Neurologist. He has helped me immensely. He has great patience, listens to what you are telling him, is not dismissive of your concerns and doesn't rush appointments. Highly recommend

Provided no answers or direction to resolve or get to the bottom of my issues. Reception is difficult to get a hold of.

Our GP requested my mum to see doctor Griffith. Been trying to call the office but no answer. A female voice says thank you for calling doctor Griffiths office than voice cuts off . Very appalling as specialist arent easy to book .

Dr Neil Griffiths professional rooms are run with great efficiency and focus. His two very able receptionists/assistants are an exemplar of professionalism. They are very skilled at navigating the many demands of phone calls, waiting room enquiries and providing the necessary coordination of incoming data for Dr Griffith. They are very direct with patients, a necessary means by which give everyone the most effective experience possible, but they are also amiable and positive; it is easy to see that their hearts are in their work, work which cannot always be easy. Dr Griffith himself is a very professional, caring specialist whose demeanour is reassuring and informed. This creates an easy sense of trust, which must surely be a boon to the conduct of his work which must, on occasion, be very confronting given the nature of his speciality. He conveys information in detail but with appropriate explanation and analogy so that patients can get the fullest possible picture of whats happening. I am very impressed with Dr Griffiths service and unreservedly recommend him.
