Matt is really clear and straight to the point - no BS and I loved that about him. He was direct at what our weakness was and how we can improve on it. He humbled me on the day which I really appreciate and realised there is a lot more to riding and the safety of yourself when on the road. Just want to say thank you Matt, thanks for driving all the way here to train and exam all of us.

My mum did the upright course last week and was very nervous. My mum was assigned to Megan N and she was fantastic. Megan was patient, and never got angry or frustrated with anyone in the group, she was very positive and reassuring, and put my mums nerves at rest. My mum would book any course that Megan was the trainer, and I will be recommending her to everyone.

Attended the pre-Learner course today with Philip as my instructor. I cannot recommend stay upright enough! Philip was fantastic and is a excellent instructor which makes all the difference when facing a course like this. I was the only female in my group and I felt super comfortable which was great! A big Thanks to Philip for being so awesome!

Completed my pre-learner training here, Jessica was my instructor and she was outstanding. I had zero experience as a rider and was the least experienced of the group, I struggled at the beginning however Jess was very patient and provided excellent coaching. By the end of the second day I had learned a significant amount in terms of rider skills and knowledge, I was much more confident overall as a rider and I attribute that to Jessica's excellent instruction and coaching. Thank you to Stay Upright Campbelltown and Jessica.

Sister attended Stay Up Right for her L's. Instructor was very rushed. Gave everyone minimal tries to practice individual steps. Expected a girl to push a 130kg+/- bike up a hill WITH another female mounted on the bike, also expecting them to do figure 8's, engine off, with only the momentum from a girl, this is absurd. They are learner's, not experienced riders. Sister mentioned to the instructor that it was difficult to push the motorcycle up a hill, yet the instructor not assist. It's a shame this instructor did not realise that it is easier for a male to physically push a motorbike up an incline. Females need assistance up an incline. Very poor as an instructor to not understand his surroundings and adapt to the situation. One of the girls were doing just fine. And due to being late on schedule for the next class, the instructor ended her session also. Ridiculous. 4/4 girls failed. I understand it was a very sunny day, schedules to be met, possibly even had a bad morning. But if you display no form of patience as an instructor. Don't be one. Regardless of where you choose to attend the course, having a rushed, incompetent instructor will not teach you anything. Please find competent instructors.
