        My shoes were fitted by Zara. She was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. She explained why I need shoes to fit a certain way to prevent certain symptoms. Each symptom she described I had previously experienced with poorly fitted shoes. I have been wearing my new shoes for 5 days now and they are amazing and fit perfectly

        Went to athletes foot after a chronic pain appointment. Luke looked after me and listened to what my problems were. He scanned my feet and brought out a variety of supportive shoes to wear. He made sure I was comfortable and listened to what I had to say. Best service iv had in a shoe shop!! Thanks Luke and keep up the excellent work!! I hope the management see these reviews and give Luke something for his excellent service!!

        I came in store a couple of weeks ago and I was greeted by a lucas who said hello then ignored me and stood on the other side of the store . luckily a lovely young girl saw me and came over to help while serving another customer. she was very knowledgeable and professional and made the service quick and effortless to help me pick the perfect shoes. erica deserves the recognition for how well she managed customer and service.
