The staff were fantastic in helping size and get the correct fit. An excellent choice and range of shoes for kids big and small. We left with a pair of light up lime green shoes and couldn't wait to charge them up to light up the night. Update- I received my pair of light up sneakers to match my son today (yay for fitting into kids sizes) after ordering online on Saturday. Thrilled to bits and can't wait to see my sons face when we are matching.

I had a problem with one of my Sketchers go walk. I kept tripping with the right shoe. Whan I looked the middle of the sole was worn down. They were 5 months old so I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a refund or exchange. I forgot to get the ladies name who served me. She agreed that it was unusual and that it could have been a fault. I opted for the axchange as they were very comfortable. I tried to phone to get the shop assistants name. It came up as suspected spam and no one answered.

Incredibly wide variety of shoe styles. The worker measuring my foot size took a whiff of my socks but insisted their nose was itchy. Other than that I had a great experience.
