Macarthur Mental Health Service

Looks like everyone worked in that facility they all mental themselves especially that Chinese man, very unprofessional, impatient and the way they dress up what a waste of the government money to pay them them. So many red flags I noticed at the first time came to my house for my daughter, I tried to call back few times and no one answered so I left the messages DO NOT EVER COME BACK TO MY HOUSE AGAIN very pathetic and disrespectful and more disgusting service they have

Simply negligent. A difficult case I guess to the team means wait for it be become out of hand.

i am cancelling my future appointments at mental health. i probably have mental illness from sitting on the same seat as the people at your centre by now and theres nothing you can do about it.

My daughter was admitted to the hospital last Thursday under section 22 as being aggressive and needed to be sedated...... we spoke to someone from the comet team. Lady said we will hear from them in 2 days ,them days passed and no phone call .nothing so I rang around and mental health team put I a referral for mental health team Brown St Campbelltown to make my daughter appointment ...2 / 6 / 2022 at 11am for some counselling with male . So we went to the appointment I lady called us into a room & asked what was happening .we told her & me mother .was get frustrated & was asked to leave the room for a few minutes. Than i rey Turmed to the roomas the socal worker said she had no solution for us .i find ot very poorly of thise service to turn my daughter aeay even thiugh she puts her life at risk with being around a guy on ICE knowing she was depressed on the survey chart No wonder people get suicide Hopefully we don't need yr service in the future
