My two stars are for Dr Randa who is lovely and the friendly receptionist, that's where it ends. My appointment was one and a half hours late. I sat outside in a very dirty area waiting to see the doctor, to avoid being indoors due to covid. I'll be going elsewhere in future, as this surgery never sticks to appointment times. Why they make their appointments so close together is beyond me!

do not go here..2hrs behind appointment times.no point making a appointment.go anywhere else but here if u have a life..DISGUSTING.need a fullday off just 2 sit and wait and finally c some1..

Dr was nice, but as everyone is saying what's the point of appointments if i have to sit there for nearly 90 min ! Next time i will lob a hour late and will still have to wait... no good enough. Also on a Wednesday at 2pm was left on hold for 45min. When i call ed the doctors office they informed me the lights were off and no one was there at 2pm !! sort your phone system out idiots....

Dr John Lamont is a fantastic Doctor. He found my cancer where the owner of the practice before him said it was a fatty cell. Take something to do though. Long wait times even with appointment, but I can recommend Dr Lamont highly.
