I've been servicing my car with Lube Mobile for 5 years now and my car feels and runs like new! I really appreciate the method of a thorough diagnose, explanation of both problem areas and areas tracking well as they do a walk through and then pricing. I've seen how over time, the wear and tear is minimised through the use of proper parts and attention to detail. Prevention is key to a longer running vehicle and I'm grateful that this is how they approach the service. Car wouldn't start after a battery change. Booked in with Lube Mobile for an inspection. I was able to book a call out within 2 days, the mechanic Daniel arrived early and was very polite, respectful and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the issue and was able to get my car up and running. He explained to me how to keep my car serviced and up and running, and some things to look out for in due to it's age to avoid future issues. He even gave it a test drive to make sure it was running great and wouldn't cut out on me again after he left. He then checked my oil, tyre pressure, timing belt and a few other knicknacks to make sure my car was tip top and ready to go. Truly went above and beyond to ensure he had checked everything. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend Daniel and the team down at Lube Mobile Campbelltown!! I felt comfortable knowing I was being looked after by someone who truly cared and was able to give me a great customer experience. I now have peace of mind that my car is fixed and back on the road!
