        Absolutely bad and horrible experience my worst in my all customer service experience I would not recommend anyone to buy from there. Imagine a manager when you are looking for help to ask you to leave the showroom in the 2nd day of your purchase. Imagine when after paying a deposit and want to see the car you bought you have to ask for the key after a long wait honestly stupid decision to buy from MAZDA MacArthur and they all know no support will be provided so they care less.

        My car was serviced at Mazda campbelltown on Thursday 25th may, 2023. Had 3 enquiries when my car was finished. The staff member Stephanie was so polite and had very good knowledge. She answered all my questions. I was very impressed..

        Worst service department ever been to for a car. Never finish service on time as highlight always take longer and when the car service is completed they will not call you to pickup the car. Even when I'm just sitting there waiting. I will go somewhere to get car service from now.
