Very disappointed at how a transfer of property situation was handled. The property manager and their supervisor did not take accountability for their stuff up, did not offer any alternative solution and, only when the ombudsman was brought up, they went full circle and re-offered the property. Very poor client centred approach, lack of empathy and zero problem solving skills. I am lucky, I can articulate myself, however, there are many vulnerable people dealing with staff at Argyle Housing and will not have the confidence or literacy skills to express their thoughts and feeling, let alone, stand up for themselves. Pick up your game Argyle Housing, you are working with vulnerable people in our society. Wish no one experiences this.

Been with them for 6 years and have nothing but problems with staff and there communicating im always having to ring or call but as normal my area manager has eather left due to the hostile environment witch I do understand as I've dealt and have made complaints with a 0 outcome so yep its a big FAT 000000000000
