Jess had absolutely amazing customer service! She is extremely helpful, very warm and welcoming and lovely to chat to. Shes great at recommending items that seem according to your style and is happy to go above and beyond to help her customers :)

Walked in with my partner and after browsing the shelves for 10mins and being totally ignored by all 3 staff there we walked out, the first words that were spoken to us by any staff member was one by the door that said goodbye

Well if a person is purchasing goods totalling near $200 and the staff member allows her to make 2 separate transactions as they don't have the pin number to use the card. Questions need to be asked if your staff know how to potentially know a fraud is happening Update 10th July. Call Bras n Things explain what has happened was to the Area Manager of this store would call me not someone from online customer care. I wish the actual area manger of this store would actually call.
