Macarthur Land Rover

I ordered my first Range Rover 11 months ago and the service has been diabolical. Not only was I given several pick up dates, on the final confirmed date, the sales team failed to produce correct invoices for my novated leasing company. I am day 2 without a car and no solution has been offered. I ordered my own vehicle online and the only interaction the team had was to place the order of the vehicle. At this vehicle price point, I expected more. Im without a car and no communication around pick up has been made. Service is unacceptable. Do not use this dealership.

After a 12 month wait, I picked up my new Land Rover Defender today & I could not be happier with the vehicle & the service I received from both Isaac and Tiana throughout this whole process. Isaac is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, without any pushy sales tactics which made the decision to purchase so much easier. The handover process today was thorough & I left fully understanding the ins & outs of the vehicle. Tiana was a breath of fresh air & explained everything in detail to ensure I fully understood what I was committing to, prior to signing any paperwork. Thank you so much to you both, I know I wasnt always the easiest to deal with but you both handled it with the upmost professionalism & enthusiasm. Ill definitely be back

Overall is good. Booked my car service through the website, received confirmation email. Just a week later, received a booking cancellation email says "Thank you for contacting us to cancel your service booking". I never cancel the booking, really confused. Call to the service department, a lady explained that due to I am a new customer, they do not have any information in the system. They have to cancel the booking and collect my personal information and made the booking again. Luckily still the same time and date. Just got little confused at the booking stage. Besides that, all good.

Great team - Anghelo got us into a very nice used Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE - delivery was seemless and professional. First service also very good and we really love the car.
