I was a bit dubious going to the Swarovski at MacArthur after reading the reviews. I had to return a pair of earrings. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The two female staff were lovely, friendly and so helpful. There was no issue about returning my earrings. All was completed without any fuss and the refund was made on the spot. I did advise the two young ladies that the store had bad reviews and they advised they were aware and that that was when the old management was there. Recommend giving the store and the staff another chance.

Came here to buy some earrings and the girls were so sweet and lovely. They helped me choose the perfect pair will definitely come to the MacArthur store again

Had a wonderful experience in macarthur swarovski. Evana was very helpful and she went over and beyond to help me. I went there to clean my necklace but ended up leaving with a new replacement. She also explained warranty option for my jewellery which I never knew existed before. So professional and helpful. In general staff here were so lovely and caring.
