I have experienced extreme childhood trauma and felt very anxious and depressed most of my life. I tried seeking help from multiple psychologists throughout my life because I wanted to overcome my anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, psychologists could not help me overcome my problems. But, I did not give up on trying to find help for myself so I booked an appointment with Sarah. After seeing Sarah I started noticing a positive change within myself. My husband noticed a huge difference in the way I was dealing with certain situations, he is so happy with my improvements that he also started sessions with Sarah. My family have noticed a difference in me and I feel so much more connected to my children than I've ever been. My anxiety is gone. I dont feel depressed at all. Initially I was sceptical about Neuro-linguistic programming. I have tried various other methods of personal development techniques and none seemed to have been helpful. We were recommended to try Sarahs expertise in the world of NLP. What an absolute life changer it was! Both myself and my girls were inducted into various workshops. The strategies and holistic approach Sarah had during these workshops was phenomenal!! Most definitely exceeded our expectations in what NLP could deliver to ones personal growth.
