        Fabulous customer service and experience. The lady helped me with all my enquiries with a smile. I tried to get my claim online and called thec online number but it didn't work. At this office, the lady knew what's needed and I prefer the face to face service. This medibank is near the post office and opposite to David Johns side entry.

        Sorry to say but my experience with you is too.much bad I have submitted my Invoices almost six month and didn't got any money back no even someone contacted me as well as I have been to your branch in Campbell town I won't suggest someone to join ..

        Disgusted today tried to join again after 25 years of paying out for not much return The poor girl at Campbelltown was alone with a que of people. We walked out in disgust. Not her fault though.
