Went to purchase a dryer today. Was greeted straight away by Calvin. It was a quick and easy process. Calvin even helped take the dryer to my car. Was super helpful and had a smile from the moment we walked in. Thank you for great customer service

SHOCKING. DONT GO THERE. RAY THE MANAGER DIDNT GIVE A DAM ABOUT MY CONCERNS. PRODUCT WAS RUBBISH.. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. SARCASTIC GRIN ON HIS FACE AND OBNOXIOUS. BOTH WOMEN AT THE COUNTER DONT EVEN GREET OR SMILE AT YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN. WILL NEVER SHOP AT BING LEE AGAIN. POOR DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SHAME ON YOU RAY!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

My Delonghi coffee machine had an issue (pump issue) and was within the warranty period. Rang Binglee Campbelltown and they said the manager was not there, please ring later. Later that week I visited the store: Manager not here, please come back tomorrow. 2nd visit: Manager in a meeting, please leave the machine or come back tomorrow. I left the machine. After a week, they rang me and said the machine didnt have any issue. I brought the machine home and found the machine still had the same issue. 3rd visit: manager was not there. I left the machine. They said they cant refund, but they will send back to Delonghi company to fix it. After few weeks, i got a call and they said they couldnt fix the issue and will refund. But the process was very complicated. I had to call Bravo repairs (probably Delonghis repair partner) and explain the issue again. And then they asked me to call Delonghi customer service again. Delonghi then sent me an email explaining the process of refund and asked me to print the email and take it to binglee. I took the print to binglee. Binglee then took another week to make a refund. After about 2 months of struggle, I finally got the refund.

Spent $900 on a coffee machine.The lady I dealt with was wonderfully knowledgeable, but the machine itself was faulty. The pressure gauge did not move at all after making 8 coffees, all of which tasted like watered down dishwater. I was really upset over spending so much money on something faulty so back I took it back the following day. I was able to get a replacement machine and once I got it home and set it up, it made the most amazing coffee I've had in a very long time. I didn't have to change any settings at all. It was perfect! I really can't thank Bing Lee Campbelltown enough for the customer service I received. All the staff to the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Special thanks to Preet who helped me immensely and no question was too much for her to answer.
