Best doctor but rude and unprofessional staff, Rebecca, with bad attitude. Poor customer service. Making patients feel as if they are doing favour by giving us doctor's appointment.

I highly dont recommend this doctor Ive had the worse experience ever did gastroscopy and found that I have very bad bacteria I was prescribed a medication which it costs around $200, first dose I took I got very bad reaction I called the clinic I was told to stop them and wait for doctors advice and its been months havent heard anything I used to call every now and then no one answer I called today I was asked to see him and pay for the consult Ive paid for my medication and my procedure and now for the visit do we need to keep paying for not seeing results and not getting treated Im not Stoping here Im taking it further

I can't thank Dr Al-Sohaily and all his team enough for their wonderful care and support during my recent hospital experience. Dr Al-Sohaily has a lovely bedside manner and spent a great deal of time answering my questions at every stage and explaining the outcome and future implications. A special mention to Christine, his receptionist at Campbelltown for her patience and obvious care also. A huge thank you to all of the team for alleviating my anxiety by your professionalism and care.

We cannot thank Dr Al-Sohaily enough for his genuine care and thorough investigation for my son. The staff have been incredibly attentive and professional.
