I had a very good experience with this dental practice. My son has had a toothache for the last 3 days and has not been sleeping well. I have called different practice dentals but only spoke to receptionists who say they are all booked. Luckily when I called Always Available Dental Practice Dr Shaun answered the phone and was very nice to accommodate my son last minute. My son was very scared at first but Dr Shaun was very good with him and helped him feel at ease. Dr Shaun was nothing but a huge help to my son making sure he had nothing to be scared of and used tricks as well as making conversation to help get my sons mind off the fact his tooth was being extracted. At the end of the appointment my son was so surprised that Dr Shaun has extracted his tooth. My sons words were Huh? I didnt even feel you take my tooth out!. Not only was I very satisfied with the appointment but my son was too, he was very relieved and happy. My son normally does not enjoy dentist appointments but this one was very enjoyable for him other than the fact he had lots of pain from his toothache.
