Still havent received 3 weeks later. No response from emails, website, Facebook or any other social media platform. Poor form. Wouldnt recommend at all

Made my order 2 weeks ago now payment was made in full ses on there website same day send off on all orders waited a week and a half for someone to reply to my messages after emailing messaging social media accounts and calling disconnected phone numbers when I finally did hear back thay asked for my phone number to resolve the matter I sent it and nothing haven't received any calls haven't received any further messages on social media or emails this is redicules n honestly it's illigle as a customer we are obliged to pay the agreed upon amount and as a merchant thay have the responsibility of fulfilling the order in full upon receiving the payment so by ignoring there customers and not delivering orders thay are stealing and thay know it this is y thay refuse to respond to there customers it's also y thay don't just refund the money like a honest business would
