The store manager is rude and not helpful. Wanted to pre-order a set of figure, but he acts very impatient and strongly imply wanted me to order from elsewhere.

Wonderful, I went in with my mate to look for a gift for 4 people for a work birthday party. I had a bit of an idea of what to look for but I still wasn't to sure. Jeremy was great. He listened to what I had to say. He made me laugh a lot and was a great help with having more of an idea of what to get. He took me over to the D&D part and narrowed down what I knew the people I work with like. He gave me great ideas. I wish everyone was as great as Jeremy. He seems like a wonderful and happy person to be around. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Sen-Sational service!! Not only was Kat attentive and helpful, she went above and beyond to listen to what i was needing, knowing exactly to look for. Literally hunting out unique pieces to suit my requirements. She was just phenomenal! The team were all flat out as expected at christmas but every one of them were doing everything they could for everyone in store, and with a smile on their face. Mac Square store = Fantastic place to shop Kat = a-ma-Zing

Fantastic customer service and products, staff in there are always happy to have a quick chat about merchandise, shows, games etc. and make recommendations that feel genuine and not like they are just trying to sell a few more items
