Flowerdrum Palace

We called and ordered for pick up at 5:25pm, told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Didnt get our order until 7pm after complaining. Food was cold and not packed well. Sauce spilled all through the bag. Witnessed multiple complaints from other customers and several walking out. Poor service, staff had no idea what they were doing. Do yourself a favour and stay away!

Service was terrible none of the front of house staff knew what they were doing. Our order was taken down and after awhile had to ask for our drinks, then had to ask for cutlery as none on tables and none came out with meals. Food was delicious when it arrived to our table fresh and hot. There was a lot of unhappy customers as we observed the room.

We called up at 4:30pm and they said it would be ready by 5:45 we got there only so I waited 50 minutes nearly an hour before they even checked my meal, they missed my fortune cookies, my prawn chips and my fried rice. They are so understaffed its unbearable. The food was cold by the time we got home.

If it wasn't for the lovely food, we wouldn't go back.....front of house needs some confident, and professional staff that are trained in etiquette and service....We had to prompt them on several occasions, and looking around the restaurant, noticed we weren't the only ones rolling our eyes, and waiting for drinks, cutlery, and orders to be taken etc....Service is a key part of any establishment, without this, customers are sure to fade...
