I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, the owner constantly forgets appointments that she makes or becomes extremely rude when you arrive for your appointment and she has forgotten that you have made an appointment for a fitting of your wedding dress. Maria leaves your dress out for other brides to try on even though you have paid for it and you are waiting for alterations to be done. When you arrange a final fitting by appointment you arrive to closed doors and when you call the mobile number Maria answers her phone stating that she is in hospital. As we feel sorry that she is sick, she is still running a business and should arrange for someone to be a the store for the appointment or call and arrange another time, not just have the door closed with no reason why the shop is shut. There has been times where her husband had been there watching the store while she isn't there and he is extremely rude to all the customers. I recommend that all Ladies who are looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaids dress or any outfits for a wedding or formal NOT purchase anything from this store.. They are totally unprofessional in all aspects of running the store and for filling any obligations you have made with them. You are always the one that is at fault in the owners eyes.. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU DONT WANT DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! They should sell the store or get someone in to run it that knows what they are doing....

This store isn't properly run! From the beginning it's been a nightmare from getting our bridesmaid dresses sorted and measured to the end. It's my sister in laws wedding next week and her flower girls dress have not come in and she's been told that it will be in next week when the wedding is next week. We have gone to get our bridesmaid dresses fitted and paid and Maria has some kind of memory lost when she doesnt remember who has paid and who hasn't. She didnt provide any receipts to anybody she just scribbled it down on a piece of paper and somehow she still have forgotten about it. I dont recommend anyone to this store the stress of this lady is not worth it! DONT GO THERE!!!!!
