This place is very disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest. disgusting customer service. After I was told that I was going to be charged 25 for a layered haircut (same charge as before), kelly the owner changes her mind when I went to pay and asked for 35....when confronted that she said 25 as before...she raises her voice and claims that she said 'from 25' which she did not. And I went for the exact same hair cut previously and she charged 25 (I have very very thin hair) she then charges me 25 as agreed on and rudely says 'pay 25 but don't come back here.' This person needs to be dealt with by the fair trading. Disgusting!!!!

I have been to Kelly's 3 times now. Eachtime I have found the salon to be comfortable and welcoming. The staff from my experience are very dedicated and also focused on the customers' comfort .
