        I have tried three other audiologists in the Campbelltown area.. This is the only one I can comfortably recommend.

        Don't have anything to do with this company. They are dishonest and they rip you off. Their customer service is abysmal. They sell you an expensive product then you cannot get the parts to make it work. They tell you you get batteries for life and then back track on this and you find out that they want you to pay for them. $5 a pack and the packs last 3-4 days that's IF the batteries actually work, 10% of them don't. They NEVER have any replacement parts and when they do they will give you 1 as they are rationing them. People don't have the time or ability to be popping in here several times a month to see if they actually have the parts needed for the hearing aides to work. Worst buisiness practices ever. In fact I am thinking of reporting them to the ACCC.
