I came to Gajic Lawyers for something else. I met their client liaison who was very friendly and helpful. While we were chatting, I happened to tell him about my incident at work and he told me that I had a case. Since then, my claim was administered intelligently and efficiently by Gajic Lawyers and a good outcome was achieved beyond my expectation. It was a difficult and tough process with the insurer, but I had always been supported by the staff at Gajic Lawyers along the way until we reached the end of the claim together. I am very grateful of their good work and kindness.

I have had Gajic Lawyers representing me for the last 4 years for my motor vehicle accident claim. During Covid times which has delayed my claim as I was waiting on medical scans and other test that Covid seem to put it on hold.I found the team at Gajic Lawyers to be very understanding and patient with my case and gave me the best advice through this hard time. They were always in touch with me giving me updates on my progress to my claim. Ive finally come to the conclusion of my claim were they got the best result for me and I write this review to say to everyone that you cant go wrong with the team from Gajic Lawyers. I came to gajic lawyers in 2019 when I realised I was not going to recover from a motorcycle accident, to help me with my CTP claim. I was assigned Sareeya and her team and from the very first call i had with them I was greeted with professionalism and compassion to my circumstances. Sareeya comes across very professional she is a little reserved, but be assured she gets things done and is always on the ball, someone on her team always gave me regular updates and organised all my appointments well in advance so I could organised how to get there. Then covid 19 came along and everything changed, the world changed but Gajic lawyers were quick to adapt to new practises switching to DocuSign to keep it's clients and workers safe. Sareeya and her team finalised my CTP settlement which I received an excellent result. This experience then gave me the confidence to allow gajic handle my TPD case, as I was so impressed with how everything went the first time. I was given a new team lead by Rachel for my two TPD cases and they also were amazing. Rachel from the get go is a force, she comes across strong confident and gives you confidence that she is a fighter and she will go to the ends of the earth for her clients, she always kept me in the loop personally, and answered any of my questions and emails personally, she kept me informed and I felt at times that my case was the most important case she was dealing with, Rachel and her team got me amazing results aswell and settled both my TPD claims. So if you ever need a lawyer I can honestly say that giving Gajic Layers your first call would be one of the best decisions you can make.
