If you're looking to buy your dream wedding dress with bridal consultants who support and aid you throughout the process of shopping for a wedding dress, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I came in and bought a wedding dress and requested the addition of sleeves and a fit adjustment. Nothing was complete when I came to the final fitting a week before the wedding. I was repeatedly told that the fit was off because I was "too big" for the dress and was given design changes I didn't ask for. When I took the dress home, buttons were missing, stitches were messy and showing and was honestly devastated. When I brought it back to get it fixed, the lace additions were pasted on messily and in the end I had to take the lace and beading home myself and attach it on as they would not do it correctly at all. When I tried to tell them I want the lace fixed, I was told "they're not supposed to be even, uneven is the style we do", even though there were bead thread showing, some lace beaded while others were empty, patches of lined lace pasted on in a botched and messy way, and just terrible sewing all around. They went against the contract and kept on delaying the day I was supposed to receive the dress and I had to cancel so many stylist appointments because they had not done my dress on time at all. Terrible service and terrible seamstress who will make changes you didn't ask for, leave messy and ugly seams and jagged hems, who will tell you to be there by a certain time and then keep you waiting for two hours while they try to fix another mistake and who will give you your dress way after the day agreed on the contract, who will fat shame you because they're too lazy to do a proper dress fitting even after taking your measurements two and half months prior. Never ever come here unless you want to be severely disappointed.
