Penelope has been my Alexander Technique teacher for the past 9 months and meeting her has been a life changing experience for me. Not only has she helped me improve my posture, she taught me the correct techniques in safely completing a multi-day hike and assisted me with improving my public speaking skills. I have been having Alexander Technique lessons with Penelope for about 15 years and I joined Qigong classes 2 years ago. Her excellent tuition, understanding and patience have helped guide me to better health and wellbeing, especially with regard to increased self awareness of postural issues.

I started Alexander technique with Penelope because I was having concerns about my balance after a couple of accidents. We went far beyond that and she has given me new approaches to everything from how to play my saxophone to descending from mountains. There has been nothing which Penelope has not been able to work on with me. Alexander technique really has changed the way I am in the world physically and mentally.
