"Moving with the moon" is such a great read and should be a part of every yoga teachers or female yoga practitioners library! I am a feminine and fertility yoga teacher myself and still gained so much more knowledge through this well written book. Thank you so much!

I completed the online pregnancy and post natal teacher training with Bliss Baby Yoga and can't recommend it highly enough.The course was really comprehensive and easy to follow, it was great to be able to study at my own pace and go back to revise certain parts at any time. Most of all I loved the gentle nurturing attitude towards yoga - I feel this has really enriched my own practice as well as my teaching.

I absolutely loved the Prenatal & Postnatal training. I was unsure at first how i would go with online training, as all my other yoga training has been in person, but i felt like i got so much out of it with the online method. Everything was organising and well detailed, I've recommended to friends already who have since started their own online training journey. I have since finished the course feeling 100% confident to teach yoga to mumma's and mums to be. Thank you Bliss Baby Yoga for making this possible!

Bliss Baby Yoga boasts a wealth of knowledge, yoga training and education, and support for women throughout all stages. From menses, to pregnancy, and postnatal Bliss Baby Yoga was the first place I learned of a feminine yoga practice in which Ive taken the yoga training and have incorporated into my own home yoga practice. It has begun a deeper feminine exploration of fertility yoga and beyond. Ive begun to share bits and pieces along the way and can only hope this type of yoga continues to expand along with the feminine Anas Moving with the Moon book is something everyone should read to connect to the wisdom of their menses
