Cant speak highly enough of Leon and Alkaway! Amazing customer service and product knowledge, he talked us through exactly what we needed for our home without over selling, prices are extremely reasonable compared to whats out there for the same thing. The speed of delivery AND he organized the Plumber for us for the day after delivery, Sheedy called us promptly and booked us in for the next morning, it literally was like clockwork. Could not fault anything and now we are loving our Alkaway under mount Alkaline water unit and complete home filtration system outside. Ordered Monday, had everything installed Friday, amazing!

I have been ordering from AlkaWay for close to 10 years now. I started off with their AlkaStream unit and upgraded to the UltraStream when it was first released. I have had both desktop and under-sink-mounted versions over the years. AlkaWay have the best customer service (youre never just a number or a sale to them), and theyre a super helpful team with a family vibe. The shipping has always been speedy. This is by far the best tasting water Ive had the pleasure of drinking plus the health benefits I have experienced since owning these units has been awesome. Highly recommended.

Incredible service! I bought water testing PH drops, I ordered them online to deliver to Sydney. Sadly it had been about 10 days and yet the order was taking very long in transit which was odd for something I would think wouldn't take long being in the same state. I messaged Alkaway about this and they were super understanding. I emailed with Michael and he was so lovely and accommodating. They sent me another one through another courier and if the other one did come, I could keep both. They were quick with response, constant updates about the tracking, just so happy that they both have arrived in great condition, the PH drops have been amazing and super impressed by the kindness from the team! Excellent products and wonderful customer service. I called to ask lots of questions before purchasing my UltraStream and the service was so friendly and knowledgeable. My UltraStream was then shipped within 24hrs, but when it arrived, none of the adapters would fit on my tap. I emailed them, and not only received a call within the hour, but another adapter was mailed out, for free, same day. Just the best service you could ask for. The filter is amazing and I also use their 'I love O2 rocket fuel' which is equally amazing, giving me a clear head and energy throughout the day. Perfect, professional business, with the personal touch.....highly recommend!

I love this business and their products! Their customer service is great and their filters are absolutely 5 star. Wouldn't be without them. The OKO travel bottles are fabulous. You can smell the difference in the water and taste the difference too. Thank you so much!
