An unethical company. I originally booked a house with this company for $4000 for NYE. I had paid half of this already when the company came back and said there was a "technical error" with the pricing and we would have to pay an extra $6000 on top of the $4000, otherwise I would lose the booking. As this is obviously a busy time in Byron their intentions were clear that they are just money hungry and taking advantage of people even during these tough times to make as much of a profit as they possibly can. My friends and I are now left with no accomodation as everything is booked out and the company showed no remorse. I strongly suggest not using this booking website and saving yourself the time and money.

Photos of our place are completely different to what this place looks like. The place was disgusting to stay in. Drip marks all over the walls, dust build up in all rooms, has a bad smell, couches are stained and smell of pets the staff were very unresponsive to any feedback with a dismissive view on any type of compensation. I could write a list that would go on and on. I have recorded all information on their website with all the photos, I have been in contact with a lawyer and will be taking this up with the department of fair trading for a breach of their code of conduct for short stay rentals. I don't usually post negative feedback on any platform, but when people that you deal with are unreasonable and unresponsive to any feedback you give it makes you want make sure that these people/companies don't ruin any other Australian family holidays.
