        Does not inform you of price or size of cab. We called an ordered a taxi for 2 people with carry-on luggage to the airport and they sent a mega van, charging us $240. Scam service

        Operator wouldnt give me an estimate of when the taxi would arrive at my location. I called back 10 mins later, and still no estimate. Waited another 20 mins. Started walking. Never got the taxi Horrible service

        We recently hired Byron Bay Taxis for transport of our guests to and from our wedding at The Farm as well as a fancy bridal car. Ryan and the team were just amazing, great communication and so patient and flexible with all the changes we made in the lead up. Everything was on time and went smoothly and the drivers were all so lovely. Thanks team for making our special day so seamless!
