My recent acquisition of a Takayama Scorpion would have to be one of the best finished boards I have ever had in my 50 plus years of surfing. Evan & the team from shaping to final gloss & polishing are master craftsmen, certainly qualify as leaders in worlds best practice in the surfboard manufacturing industry. They are ethical and customer focused, in short the best boards I have ever purchased.

Gerry Lopez Mako 7-10 Red Hi Evan , just wanted to say thanks for such a great looking board , my son in-law Lee Winkler said it was one of the best looking boards he has seen . Thats saying something as he was on the world tour for years and has seen a lot of boards ,Lee couldnt believe it was hand shaped he looked at it turned it over a few times with a smile on his face and just went wow this is a great board It was a bit of a challenge with the dimensions I requested and your advice was perfect in the end ,thanks for putting up with all my emails ,cant wait to get this one in the water North Coast Surfboards you guys ROCK kind regards Shane Seccombe
