Kate Waters Healing

My experience with Kate was truly amazing. From the start I felt really comfortable with her, and she created a really safe space for me to move through some healing. I appreciated how much she helped me identify things I needed to address, and even more so how I felt when I walked out after 90 minutes. It was an emotional ride, but I feel so SO stoked I did it.

It's taken me a good 24 hours to really put into words my session with Kate. And the best way to describe my feelings ... powerful, real & a deep knowing. Kate brought out some emotions in me that at the time I wasn't aware I needed to face ... but now I know, they were exactly the things holding me back. For this, I am eternally grateful! I cannot recommend Kate enough and for anyone on their never ending journey to self awareness, get ready .... you'll love Kates work!

Do yourself a favour and make this your first stop in Byron! Kate is down to earth and knows exactly what you need, I left feeling light as a feather (quite the opposite of how I arrived) and went back for a 2nd time during my short stay in Byron. Its like 10 therapy sessions in 1. Ill be coming back for another healing or a massage on my next visit. Thanks so much again!

So good!! After a short conversation about my work as a musician and impact it has on my neck and shoulders Kate was able to focus on these areas and not only release the tension but also increase the mobility of the joints. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

This was my first ever healing session and left feeling quite surprised about the way I felt afterwards - I felt so happy afterwards so much more free and compassionate like had more space and energy for other things in my life. For the past 8 years Ive felt a certain way about my father and notice its gradually gotten worse after my mum fell ill 1.5-2 years ago. But after that session, that feeling went away it was like I was able to let all of that go ... and start again. I know its also got to do with my siblings talking badly about my father which has imparted some kind of influence but nowadays, Im consciously trying to ignore it and take a more neutral view. I cant thank Kate enough for the healing session and for enlightening me not only on my relationship with my father but also with my sisters. I realised sometimes I can be too harsh on others around me and need to have more empathy in my life
