You come in for a hearty bowl of ramen when you are starved and you wait 50 min before you taste a sip of the soup. The food is ok, if not I would give one star due to the extremely disappointing service. No organisation for walk-in queue, any randoms would cut in and sit in a spare table while the waitress told us earlier it is to be cleaned before service, the waitress did nothing about it. On a ordinary Tue night, After 20 min wait we sat in we ordered straight away and waited over 30 min for 2 bowls of ramen. The place was not even full, these guys are heavily understaffed and disorganised, 0 star for service.

Epic ramen every time.. Parter loves the Spicy Miso ramen, and I love the Black Tonkotsu, So good!

Out of all the Ramen Ive eaten (ALOT) this has blown me away easily taking the top spot for Australia, especially in Byron (take it from this half Japanese girl obsessed with ramen). Do yourself a favour and try out this restaurant! Service with a smile, quick and phenomenal food you wont regret! Elaborate selection of ramen and drinks, we had the Tokyo shoyu and miso tonkotsu along side karaage bao bun. Congrats to kento on this amazing restaurant
